Ivy May Character drawing

I may have mentioned something about starting to write a children's book several months ago. I am finished with my manuscript and now I am in the character development stage. I just wanted to show this as I am beginning to make some great strides in learning more about my character, Ivy May.

I will be starting a series of blog posts detailing my experience through this whole process. This is the first book that I have worked on of my own material. It's been fun, exciting, frustrating .... well, a whole learning experience I can't wait to talk about shortly!
